What is kinesiology?
Kinesiology (kin-easy-ology) combines the principles of Chinese medicine with anatomy and physiology to help you bring your body and mind into balance and improve your health and wellbeing. It is based on the idea that your body knows what it needs to be healthy and is capable of healing itself but sometimes needs help to get back on track.
Kinesiology uses gentle muscle testing to receive feedback from your body about where you are holding stress and energy imbalances that are impacting your mental, physical or emotional health. This stress may be causing you a range of problems and preventing you from living a happy and fulfilling life.
Kinesiology helps you to identify and improve areas in your life which are not working for you and support you to make positive changes.
